Last night, on the way home from a rather lackluster, obnoxiously crowded fireworks display, Bravery asked,

"Daddy, can we buy another kid?"

No Bravery, we don't buy kids.

"But I want someone to play with. Please, Daddy, can we buy another kid?"

Kids are made out of love, Bravery.

Mommy: Bravery, if I had a kid it would be a baby and you'd have to take care of it. You wouldn't be able to build legos with him/her right away b/c the baby would be very little.

"ME? I can't take care of a baby! That's just crazy. But I want someone to play with. pleaaaasssse Mommy."

You will have someone to play with, Bravery, whether its cousins or friends or....

"Well, can we get a doggy?"

maybe.
